British golfing icons Ian Poulter and Lee Westwood re-sign with Majesticks GC as co-captains for 2026 LIV Golf season

LONDON – Majesticks Golf Club announced that British golfing icons Ian Poulter and Lee Westwood have officially re-signed with the team as Co-Captains for the 2026 LIV Golf season, joining new addition, Laurie Canter. Foundational figures in the creation and evolution of Majesticks Golf Club, both players bring world-class experience, leadership, and competitive spirit as the team enters a new chapter with renewed ambition.

As two of the most respected and recognisable figures in golf, Westwood and Poulter bring more than 60 years of combined professional experience. They have been instrumental in shaping the identity, standards, culture, and global profile of Majesticks Golf Club with their continued commitment to reinforcing the club’s strategic vision.

Their careers include dozens of victories on the global stage, and a long history of elevating team environments. Westwood’s calm, clinical expertise and resilience paired with Poulter’s passion, competitive intensity, and charisma are contrasting yet complimentary. Together, they form one of the most influential leadership duos.

Poulter is renowned worldwide for his immense ability and bold personality in the sport. With career victories across the PGA Tour and DP World Tour, he boasts an impressive career defined by standout performances on a global stage, Poulter’s return provides essential stability, energy, and momentum as Majesticks Golf Club aims for new heights in 2026.
