On Thursday, RangeGoats GC's Matthew Wolff provided an injury update and said he was targeting LIV Golf UK by JCB (July 25-27) for his return to action. Wolff, who is 38th in the Individual Standings, was shown working hard in the gym.

"Hey guys, Matt. I just wanted to say thank you for being patient with me," Wolff said in the social media post. "I know I've missed the last couple of tournaments, but I've been really anxious to get back to the gym, the practice range, doing everything that I need to do in order to get back as soon as possible. I'm excited about the progress that I've made so far. I'm going to be doing everything that I need to do in order to feel like my body is responding pretty well. So we'll see, but I'm excited."

Wolff was forced to withdraw from LIV Golf Virginia last month during the first round at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club, citing a muscle strain.

Just a few weeks later, Wolff made the trip to Maridoe to play LIV Golf Dallas but withdrew prior to the start of the event with the same injury.

Ollie Schniederjans filled in for the RangeGoats in both Virginia and Dallas.

The potential return of Wolff would be a welcome addition to the RangeGoats, who are currently in ninth place out of the 13 teams. In Wolff’s last full tournament he finished sixth at LIV Golf Korea. Wolff finished T6 last year at LIV Golf UK.
