CHICAGO PARKING & TRANSPORT
Parking is included free of charge regardless of what category of ticket you have for the event. Please be advised that you will be parking in natural field adjacent to the golf course, the terrain may be difficult for vehicles with limited ground clearance.
EVENT TIMING
On competition days, parking lots open at 8:00 AM. Gates at Rich Harvest Farms open at 9:00 AM. The Shotgun Start is scheduled for 12:15 PM, with

At the Fan Village, you can get a mullet from a talented barber. For each cut, LIV to Give will donate $1,000 to charity. Cutting hours are Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT, on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. CT; and on Sunday from 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT.
GUEST GUIDELINES
Before heading to the event, here are some of the things you need to know:
Bag Policy
Bags must be smaller than 6″ x 6″ x 6″, including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags. Any clear plastic, vinyl or other carry items must be smaller than 12″ x 12″ x 6″
There is NO STORAGE AREA for oversized bags.
We will be accepting either digital or printed tickets so please do whatever works best for you.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you have provided after purchase. Your digital ticket is available upon logging in to your TIXR account both on www.tixr.com or via the TIXR app.
Youth, 15 and under, will be granted free entrance at the gate when accompanied by an adult companion who occupies a grounds pass for the selected day. Under 15 do not need to have a ticket to gain entrance to the event.
A ticket to Gallery Club and Club 54 is required for all guests 3 years of age and older.
Guests are not permitted to leave the Tournament and return on the same ticket. Re-entry will be permitted only in the case of an emergency. Please see security personnel prior to exiting the course.
CASH-LESS EVENT
LIV Golf is a cash-less event. Concession and merchandise sales will not accept cash payments.
Before proceeding through metal detectors:
Guests will be asked to remove cellphones, cameras and any large metal objects from their pockets and place them in a small plastic container for inspection. Additionally, bags and their interiors will be visually inspected by security personnel at a screening table alongside the metal detector. Only compliant bags - soft-sided, opaque bags smaller than 6” x 6” (a small-sized handbag) or clear bags measuring 12 x 6 x 12 inches and smaller (in their natural state) will be admitted. Guests' belongings will be in their sight throughout the screening process, and Guests can pick up their belongings at the end of the table once they have proceeded through the metal detector. The removal of belts, shoes and jackets is not required.
All Guests, including children, must be screened. Infants and toddlers may be carried through the metal detectors; those children who are able to walk may be asked to go through on their own. Those Guests who choose not to or who are unable to go through a walk-through metal detector have the option of being checked with a hand-held metal detector or receiving a physical pat-down.
If the device detects something:
Guests will be directed to the side, where they will be screened via a secondary metal detector, hand-held metal detector or physical pat-down. When the items in question are discovered, Guests will be asked to present them for further inspection.
Any item or property that could affect the safety of the Tournament, its occupants, or its property shall not be permitted onto the grounds. LIV Golf management reserves the right to prohibit or require the removal of any items at its sole and absolute discretion. Any person that could affect the safety of the Tournament, its occupants or its property shall be denied entry.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Guests may not carry/bring the following items into the Venue:
Opaque purse larger than 6” x 6”
Clear backpack or bag, larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (in its natural state)
Briefcase, or other hard-sided bag or containers
Food, beverages (except for medical or infant needs)
Coolers, glass, cans, aluminum bottles or thermoses (plastic water bottles are allowed if empty)
Anything (including but not limited to, flags, banners, clothing etc.) that would facilitate ambush marketing or other commercial activity
Golf clubs of any size, brooms, poles, periscopes, staffs, or sticks
Chairs or seats with armrests, rigid/folding type chairs, seat cushions
Golf shoes with metal spikes
Laser pens, selfie sticks, mono/tripods or other professional camera equipment
Video cameras or other equipment designed for the sole purpose of video and/or audio recording
TV’s, laptops, or tablets to include wireless devices that emit radio waves (such as cell phone signal jammers, radio scanners and walkie talkies, wi-fi routers (wireless local networking devices), except for personal mobile phones and wireless receivers (such as radios).
Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind (regardless of license or permit)
Illegal drugs or substances
Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
Air horns and other distracting noisemakers or any devices that may interfere with and/or distract an event participant, or impede audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the event, or any technology-related service provided at the Tournament
Step ladders of any kind
Helmets (e.g., bicycle helmets, motorcycle helmets or baseball helmets)
Masks or costumes
Projectiles (e.g., Frisbees or beach balls)
Drones
Aerosol cans (e.g., mace, pepper spray, hairspray, or sunscreen) Crème sunscreen is allowed
Fireworks, confetti, or glitter
Visible obscene, indecent, or inappropriate clothing
Propaganda material of a racist or xenophobic nature or constituting an incitement to violence. This also applies to the wearing of clothing or insignia of a racist or xenophobic nature or constituting an incitement to violence.
Any political or religious elements whatsoever, such as banners, boards, symbols or fliers
Objects that might compromise or disrupt the experience and enjoyment of other spectators, such as large flags, oversized hats, large (beach type) umbrellas, whistles, vuvuzelas, musical instruments, horns, etc.
Such items will be prohibited from being brought into the Tournament. There is no storage area for these items. Guests arriving by public transportation should take particular care not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made. LIV Golf management reserves the right to change or modify this policy without notice.
Animals
Service animals for Guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals are prohibited.
LIV Golf prohibits anyone from bringing alcohol into the Tournament. Anyone who deliberately conceals alcohol while attempting to enter the Tournament will be denied entry without refund and will face possible revocation of tickets and/or future ticket privileges. Those who are or appear to be impaired will be denied entry without refund.
Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the Tournament.
Proof of Identification
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Proper identification is required of all Guests and must be presented, regardless of age, to purchase any alcoholic beverage.
Attempting to use fraudulent identification, purchasing alcohol for a minor or any Guest who has been denied alcohol service, and/or attempting to purchase or possessing alcohol as a minor will result in immediate ejection without refund and possible arrest and/or revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges.
Purchase
There is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per Guest, per sale at concessions stands and food trucks.
LIV Golf reserves the right to deny the sale or service of alcohol to Guests who show signs of impairment. Guests found in possession of alcohol after being warned not to consume or purchase alcohol face immediate ejection without refund and possible arrest and/or revocation of tickets and/or future ticket privileges.
Guests who are or appear to be impaired, who deliberately conceal alcohol while attempting to enter the Tournament or who are in any other violation of the alcohol policy face immediate ejection without refund and possible arrest and/or revocation of tickets and/or future ticket privileges.
To ensure a fun, safe and memorable experience for all, please adhere to the LIVGolf Code of Conduct:
LIVGolf promotes a positive environment where all participants, guests, volunteers, and staff are treated with dignity and respect. Cheering and positive gallery responses to great play are encouraged, however, unsolicited, and consistent calls from the gallery toward players and others are prohibited.
Any individual or group that verbally abuses, taunts, or shouts insults at the players, caddies, captains, volunteers, officials and/or their partners, families or other guests at any time or displays unruly or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Guests will enjoy the LIVGolf tournament free from disruptive behavior including, but not limited to foul or abusive language, obscene gestures, fighting, throwing objects, booing, or cheering at inappropriate times, attempting to disrupt play or distract Teams or Players from their professional game. Those who engage in any of these actions are subject to immediate ejection from the tournament grounds and subject to criminal trespass or prosecution.
Guests will avoid engaging in behavior that endangers the safety of players, caddies, officials, volunteers, or other guests.
Guests consuming alcoholic beverages will do so in a responsible manner. Any impaired, or intoxicated fans will be removed from the tournament grounds and subject to criminal trespass or prosecution.
Underage fans consuming alcoholic beverages or any fan who assists in purchasing or supplying alcoholic beverages to underage fans will be removed from the tournament grounds in a prompt and safe manner and subject to criminal prosecution. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest tournament representative.
Guests who choose not to adhere to any of these provisions will be denied entry or subject to ejection without refund. Hospitality/VIP Package holders and/or their guests who are identified violating any of these provisions are subject to revocation of their hospitality/VIP suite, box and/or package for the remainder of the tournament and all future tournaments.
By coming onto the tournament grounds, you accept that you will abide by the basic rules of golf etiquette. Those who do not are subject to expulsion and the loss of ticket and/or credential privileges.
Stand still and remain quiet when a player is about to hit the ball and until the shot is completed.
“Hands in the air” means stop and be quiet while golfers are playing their shots.
Do not stand behind or in line with a golfer’s lie or line to pin.
Never cross fairways, except at designated crossover areas marked by signage.
Ensure any mobile device has been placed in the silent mode when on the tournament grounds.
Follow the directions of the tournament marshals.
Spectators Will Be Removed Immediately Without Warning For:
Disruptive Behavior
Intoxication
Refusal to obey quiet signs or signals.
