There is no re-entry.
When and how can I see my tickets?
- Tickets will be available 10 days prior to the event by accessing your account (here). All tickets are digital. We recommend adding your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet prior to arrival at the event. PDF Tickets will not be accepted.
What if I never received an email about my tickets?
An email with your ticket information will be sent to your email address on your account from tickets@livgolf.com 10 days prior to the event. If you did not receive your email, please check your junk folder.
You can also log into your account directly (here) with the email address on your account to access your tickets 10 days prior to the event.
How do I transfer my tickets to my friends and colleagues?
Once logged into your account, please select the event you would like to transfer. Select the tickets you’d like to transfer, enter the recipient’s email address and follow the prompts to complete the transfer.
We recommend your recipient adds their ticket to their Apple or Google wallet ahead of arriving at the event.
Please note – once you add your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet, the ticket will remain in your wallet once transferred.
What should I do if my recipient does not receive the tickets I transferred?
Please ensure the recipient’s email is free from typos and errors.
Please have your recipient check their junk folder.
Your recipient can also create an account (here) and log in with the same email address you sent the tickets to in order to access their tickets directly.
What if I need to cancel my ticket transfer?
- If your recipient has not accepted their tickets yet, simply log into your account (here) and select “revoke.” The tickets will automatically be added back into your account.
- If your recipient has accepted their tickets, simply have them log into their account (here) and follow the instructions on transferring a ticket above.
When can I access Hospitality on Event Day?
Hospitality opens when the gates open. Feel free to proceed to your Hospitality area whenever you’d like!
Hospitality closes 15 minutes after the end of play.
If I have a Hospitality ticket, do I also need a Grounds Pass?
- No, all Hospitality tickets are inclusive of a Grounds Pass. No additional ticket is required.
Do children need tickets?
Children aged 12 and under will receive free Grounds Pass admission at the entry gate.
All hospitality requires a ticket for children aged 4 and over.
Can I resell my ticket?
- Per our ticketing policy, reselling of tickets are prohibited and cannot be sold on the secondary market. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Are there any special ticket offers for this event?
Students can receive 25% off ground passes with a valid ID. Email students@livgolf.com for more information.
Teachers can receive 25% off grounds passes with a valid ID. Email teachers@livgolf.com for more information.
First responders can receive 25% off grounds passes with a valid employee ID. Email firstresponders@livgolf.com for more information.
Is LIV Golf accessible friendly?
- LIV Golf is an accessible event, including all hospitality areas, and welcomes spectators who require assistance.
- Wheelchairs and motorized scooters are allowed. However, LIV Golf recommends bringing your own devices, as rentals are not available on-site. Small folding stools or chairs without armrests are allowed.
- There will be accessible viewing platforms throughout the course available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Guests who require accessibility assistance are asked to visit the info booth located near the main gate.
- Accessible shuttles to certain locations on the course will be available for those who need them. During peak times, there may be an extended wait.
- Accessible restrooms are available throughout the course, Fan Village, and hospitality areas.
- All shuttle bus pickup points and shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible.
- Should you need assistance with event parking or any additional questions on accessibility, please contact tickets@livgolf.com.

Where do I go if I have a question about ticketing?

Getting to the Event
- Please note that general car parking is not available at the event. Guests are encouraged to park at Toogood Reserve and take the park and ride shuttle, or take public transportation, taxi or rideshare to The Grange Golf Club. See the ‘Getting Here’ section for more details.
Guests with tickets that include a carpark pass will be provided with carpark B access along with their tickets.
- Parking Pass required and will be sent prior to the event.
- Parking will open one hour prior to public gates opening times (see opening times for details).
- Accessible parking will be available through Gate B, enter off Par Crescent, Seaton and show your disability parking pass.
Where can I enter?
- All guests can enter through Gate C off Frederick Road or Gate D off Trimmer Parade. Ride share options will be directed to those gates.

Can I bring my kids?
- YES! At every LIV Golf event there is a Fan Village filled with golf games, challenges, entertainers and more for the whole family. Parents can bring their stroller and necessary supplies for feeding their infant or pumping (located in Fan Village).
Where is the fan village?
- Fan Village is adjacent to the 18th Green.
Are strollers/diaper bags allowed?
- Yes! Parents can bring their stroller and necessary supplies for feeding your infant or pumping. You can change diapers, pump, and feed your baby in Fan Village.
Can I bring my pet?
- Only registered service animals are allowed at LIV Golf events.
Who can I contact if I want to volunteer?
- Prospective volunteers for this event should submit their info here. We'll be in touch if all requirements are met.
