CLEEKS GOLF CLUB REVIEW
TEAM: Cleeks Golf Club had high hopes entering the 2025 season when they added Frederik Kjettrup, a Florida State University standout who won his first two starts on the PGA Tour Americas. The Kjettrup addition didn’t work out, which stalled the Cleeks’ hopes for a young player to complement their roster of veterans. They were one of only three teams in the league that did not have a single podium finish in 2025.
⛳️This season leaves us proud of how far we’ve come and hungry for what’s next.

PLAYERS (FINAL POINTS RANKING)
Adrian Meronk (17): Meronk is the Cleeks’ best player and started the season hot with a nighttime win at LIV Golf Riyadh to become the team’s first-ever individual tournament winner. At the time, it seemed as if Meronk was poised for a tremendous 2025 campaign, but his momentum quickly fizzled as he failed to finish in the top 10 for the next nine LIV Golf events. Meronk finally got back on track towards the end of the season, finishing T7 at LIV Golf UK and T8 at LIV Golf Indianapolis. His season concluded on a high note as he defeated the league’s Individual Champion Jon Rahm in the quarterfinals of the Michigan Team Championship, 2&1.
Richard Bland (27): Bland continued to defy Father Time in 2025, producing yet another solid season. The 52-year-old didn’t quite replicate the success of his previous three seasons, where he finished in the Lock Zone each year, but proved he can still compete at a high level. Bland had four top-10 finishes, the most of any Cleeks player.
Martin Kaymer (37): Kaymer showed flashes of what made him a two-time major winner at various points in the season. He finished T10 at LIV Golf Hong Kong and T8 at LIV Golf Virginia, where he was the first-round co-leader and in contention until the final few holes of the tournament. Kaymer’s season in totality, however, was inconsistent. He will need to have a resurgent season in 2026 for the Cleeks to escape the bottom third of the LIV Golf team rankings.
Frederik Kjettrup (T54): Kjettrup had an extremely disappointing 2025 season. The once promising addition of Cleeks GC failed to earn a single point the entire season, resulting in his relegation after finishing in the Drop Zone. Kjettrup’s best finish of the year was a T30 at LIV Golf Mexico City. The Cleeks will look for an upgrade to this spot for 2026.
