It was an action-packed week at Bedminster, where trophies were awarded, and the history books were rewritten. Here’s a look back at the best moments.
Jon Rahm clinched another season-long Individual Championship and Joaquin Niemann added to his record number of tournament wins on a day that reflected their success on LIV Golf. Rahm won his third consecutive season-long title — 2024, 2025, 2026 — while Crushers GC claimed the team title Sunday at LIV Golf New York. Niemann, meanwhile, fought off Harold Varner III to win his ninth career individual tournament title, extending his all-time record, and his second win of the season.
Crushers GC's win in Bedminster was also their 11th regular-season team title in LIV Golf, extending their own all-time record as the winningest team in league history.

CLUTCH PERFORMANCES
Joaquin Niemann: Niemann didn't just win LIV Golf New York — he closed it out in style. With the tournament in the balance, the Torque GC captain made a 59-foot birdie putt on the 13th hole followed by a sensational eagle on the par-5 15th, leaving Varner III too far behind to catch up. He ended with a 2-under 69 in the final round, winning by three shots.
ROUND OF THE WEEK
Harold Varner III: Varner's third-round bogey-free 65 was the standout round of the entire week, a 6-under effort that was double the field's next-best score of 3 under. Varner strung together six birdies, with four on the front nine and two on the back nine to vault himself from the chase pack into outright contention, pulling within two shots of Niemann heading into the final round. It didn't end in a win, but it was the round that set up for a Sunday finish that ended up being a two-man race.
UNDER THE RADAR PERFORMERS
Byeong Hun An: An quietly delivered the best week of his LIV Golf career, closing at 7 under for his first-ever top-5 finish on LIV Golf (5th). The result also lifted Korean Golf Club to their best team finish of the year, a T5, with An leading the way for his squad all week.
Scott Vincent: Vincent continues to impress week after week, and Bedminster was no exception. He closed with a 5-under 66 — tied for the low round of the day— to finish tied for third at 9 under, matching his season-long consistency with another statement performance.
With Phil Mickelson sidelined, Vincent has quietly become the steadying force for HyFlyers GC, stepping into a leadership void and delivering results that speak for themselves. It's the kind of valiant, unglamorous contribution that keeps a team afloat when its captain can't be on the course, and Vincent has answered the call all season.
Paul Casey: Casey was the difference-maker for the team champions. As Bryson DeChambeau struggled to a T38 finish, Casey carried the load for Crushers GC, closing with a 3-under 68 to finish T6 at 6 under — the best individual result on the team and a major reason Crushers were able to claim their record-extending 11th team title.
STATISTICAL STANDOUTS
Joaquin Niemann: Niemann's week was a complete ball-striking masterclass combined with a strong putting performance. He led the field in Strokes Gained: Approach at +10.80 (1st), while also gaining +3.30 in Strokes Gained: Off the Tee (6th) and +6.07 in Strokes Gained: Putting (6th).
Harold Varner III: Varner's runner-up finish was fueled by a short game that has been a periodic struggle for him in the past. He gained +1.95 strokes Around the Green (3rd) and gained +6.15 strokes putting (5th), a combination that kept him in position all week around a course that punished any mistakes.
Lee Westwood: Westwood's putter was the story of his week. He led the field in Strokes Gained: Putting at +10.74, a phenomenal number that carried him to a T3 finish and kept him in contention through Sunday.
VETERAN RESURGENCE
Lee Westwood: Westwood, at 53, delivered one of the week's most admirable performances, finishing T3 at 9 under in pursuit of becoming the oldest player to ever win on a major professional golf tour. Westwood was gritty all week, backing up his Friday 65 with steady, patient golf that kept him in the mix through Sunday. He came up just short of the win, but the week was a reminder that his game, as well as his competitive fire, remain very much intact.
YOUNG GUN SPOTLIGHT
Tom McKibbin: McKibbin, along with Caleb Surratt, helped carry Legion XIII on his back all week, finishing T6 at 6 under to lead his team while stars Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton both struggled to find their form. McKibbin's steady week, which was highlighted by a second-round 66, was a bright spot for a Legion XIII squad that remained in contention until the final hole on Sunday.
WHO'S TRENDING?
Korean Golf Club: Korean Golf Club has begun to build some momentum as a team. Byeong Hun An's career-best T5 anchored a group effort that saw the team finish T5 overall (+10), their best result of the year. Younghan Song was steady all week in support, closing at 4 under for a top-10 individual finish (T9).
Harold Varner III: Varner continues his strong form after finishing runner-up at Bedminster, closing at 13 under behind a scorching third-round 65. Prior to LIV Golf New York, the OKGC veteran finished T6 in Korea, T19 in Andalucia and T7 in the United Kingdom.
Caleb Surratt: Surratt keeps developing in front of our eyes. Fresh off qualifying for both the U.S. Open and the Open Championship this summer, which were important steps for his maturation, the 22-year-old backed up a T5 finish at LIV Golf UK with a solid T15 at Bedminster, carding two rounds in the 60s at a very difficult golf course. Two strong showings in as many starts suggests Surratt's breakthrough moment on LIV Golf isn't far off.
QUOTES OF THE WEEK
Joaquin Niemann on playing alongside great players on LIV Golf: "For me, it's an honor to play with Bryson. Obviously he's a major champion, two times. I was able to play with him on Thursday. Obviously didn't play his best, but it's always nice to be around him and try to learn from everyone.
"I feel like being out with Lee, as well, these last two days, he's 53 years old, and the way he manages himself on the golf course is pretty amazing, and there's a lot to learn there.
"Same as Jon; I played with Jon almost every weekend for the last two years. How competitive he is, he definitely doesn't like losing, and I'm the same way as well."
Joaquin Niemann on winning his ninth LIV Golf tournament, the most ever: "It's an honor, obviously, to play against -- play with all the field on LIV. Everybody here has a big chance to win. The competition is big.
"It's definitely not easy to win anywhere."
Bryson DeChambeau on why he's not surprised the Crushers have 11 team victories, the LIV Golf record: "These guys are some of the most world-class players I've ever seen. When we built this team back in Boston in 2022, I said to numerous people, I was like, we legit could win every week if we just have our B+ to A games. We're not always going to, but I felt like if we had a few A games in there and a B game, we would win quite a bit.
"It's just the truth. When golf courses get tougher, it seems like we shine more for some reason. It's just the wisdom that these guys have and the experience that they have and the capabilities they have is what sets our team apart."
Bryson DeChambeau on battling with Niemann and Rahm for individual titles and not having won one: "Yeah, I played great for most of the LIV seasons, and Jon and Joaquín have just played better. It's one of those things that you can get hot, and Jon and Joaco have gotten hot numerous times and numerous years. It's been nearly impossible to catch them.
"I've had three -- well, five top-3 finishes, maybe six now top-3 finishes this year, and I had no chance to beat him going into the last event with Jon this year. That just shows how incredibly consistent he's played, and albeit he's had some not-so-great weeks the past couple weeks, it just goes to show how quality the play is.
"What Jon has done over the past few years here and how he was able to top 10 pretty much every single week, he did for quite some time, there's only been three times he finished outside the top 10, for how many events now has he played, four years and almost 50 events. That's crazy. I can't explain or describe that in any other way other than it's crazy what Jon has done out here … It's hats off to him. Joaquín, the same thing."
Jon Rahm on his three-peat: "Yeah. It's weird because in golf, it's something that it's odd to have still one more tournament before things are done. Most season-long races, you have to wait until the last event because the last event counts so much. But it feels different this year. Last year in my mind at least, even though it was a point system, it was a question mark with having not won, and it didn't feel the same. So this year to play as good as I did early on and have such a big lead that I can even enjoy not playing good this week and next week, it feels really good."
