LIV Golf announces return to New York market for 2026 season

NEW YORK – LIV Golf, the global golf league energizing the sport through world-class competition, entertainment and fan experiences today confirmed its return to the New York market for the 2026 season. LIV Golf New York will take place August 6-9, 2026, at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster, marking the League’s third visit to Bedminster and first event at the course since the 2023 season.
Tickets for LIV Golf New York go on sale this Tuesday, January 27 at LIVGolf.com, including Premium Hospitality tickets and general admission grounds passes to enjoy a festival of world-class golf, live music, and family-friendly experiences.

In August 2023 at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster, Ripper GC captain Cameron Smith closed out a dominant week to win the individual title. The victory contributed to a clean sweep for the all-Australian squad, which finished at 20-under for an 11-stroke win and the Rippers’ first team title of the season.
Many of the sport’s biggest names are returning to Bedminster this season, when fans will see a LIV Golf field featuring 13 major champions with a combined 23 major championships. In addition to watching the defending individual champion Smith, Chilean star Joaquin Niemann and European Ryder Cup standout Tyrrell Hatton, the event will showcase major champions Bryson DeChambeau (Crushers GC), Jon Rahm (Legion XIII), Bubba Watson (RangeGoats GC), Phil Mickelson (HyFlyers GC), Dustin Johnson and Patrick Reed (4Aces GC), Sergio Garcia (Fireballs GC), and more competing throughout the four-day event.
The League’s field of 57 players is also comprised of some of the game’s fastest rising young stars, including 2025 NCAA Division I Individual Men’s Golf Champion Michael La Sasso (21, HyFlyers GC), 2025 BMW Australian PGA Championship winner Elvis Smylie (23, Ripper GC), 2025 Link Hong Kong Open champion Tom McKibbin (23, Legion XIII), 2023 First Team All-America and SEC Freshman of the Year Caleb Surratt (21, Legion XIII), and a pair of Spanish standouts: Josele Ballester (22), winner of the 2025 PIF Saudi International powered by SoftBank Investment Advisers, and David Puig (24), winner of the 2026 BMW Australian PGA Championship.
LIV Golf New York is the fifth U.S. event confirmed for the 2026 season and part of the league’s global 14-event schedule that includes visits to Riyadh (February 4-7), Adelaide (February 12-15), Hong Kong (March 5-8), Singapore (March 12-15), South Africa (March 19-22), Mexico City (April 16-19), Virginia (May 7-10), Andalucía (June 4-7), Louisiana (June 25-28), the United Kingdom (July 23-26), Indianapolis (August 20-23), and Michigan (August 27-30), with one event still to be unveiled.
