LIV Golf Watch: Stars abound at International Series Morocco
Sergio Garcia, Abraham Ancer and Bubba Watson are on the long list of LIV Golf stars competing this week in Rabat on the Asian Tour’s International Series

This week, 20 LIV Golf players will be in action across two tours — the International Series Morocco on the Asian Tour, and the KPGA Classic on the Korean Tour.

The International Series Morocco returns to Royal Golf Dar Es Salam in Rabat from June 11-14, carrying a $2 million purse in its fourth edition at the venue. The Red Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones and his long-time European-based associate Cabell Robinson, sits within a 440-hectare domain in the heart of a cork oak forest and opened in 1971. It was recently voted as the Asian Tour Players' Choice Golf Course of the Year. Patience, precision and course management will be the key this week.
SERGIO GARCIA. Fresh off a fourth-place finish at Valderrama, Garcia arrives in Morocco carrying some momentum. The Fireballs GC captain now has two top-5 finishes in his last three starts, and a strong showing at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam this week would only add to a compelling body of work in 2026.
BUBBA WATSON. Valderrama was a significant moment for Watson. His ninth-place finish was easily his best result of the season and a sign that the game which made him such an important figure in this league is starting to return. He comes to Morocco with a spring in his step and something to build on.
ABRAHAM ANCER. The Torque GC star produced one of the quieter standout performances of the week at Valderrama, closing with a 68 to finish third. Ancer tends to thrive on demanding courses that reward precise ball-striking, and the Red Course fits that profile well.

BRANDEN GRACE. Grace has been one of the more consistent performers across the LIV Golf season, and this week on the Asian Tour gives him another opportunity to keep his game sharp between LIV Golf events. A player who knows how to compete week in, week out.
SCOTT VINCENT. The Zimbabwean who has been filling in admirably for HyFlyers Captain Phil Mickelson will be looking to carry his early-season form through to Morocco. Vincent has shown this year that he can compete with the strong LIV Golf fields consistently.
ANIRBAN LAHIRI. The Crushers GC veteran delivered a solid Valderrama showing and heads to Morocco with confidence. A seasoned Asian Tour performer who knows how to navigate unfamiliar setups.
ELVIS SMYLIE. The Australian has had a stop-start season since his breakthrough win in Riyadh, and a strong week in Morocco could go some way to restoring the momentum that felt so promising at the start of 2026.
Also in thefield: Ben An, Doyeob Mun, Luis Masaveu, Younghan Song, Travis Smyth, Richard T. Lee, Yosuke Asaji, Miguel Tabuena, Björn Hellgren, Michael La Sasso, and Ben Campbell.
KPGA Classic
The KPGA Classic takes place this week at Cypress Golf & Resort in North Gyeongsang, South Korea — a fixture on the Korean Tour's summer schedule. The region's mountainous terrain frames a demanding layout that places a premium on accuracy and course management.
MINKYU KIM. The Korean Golf Club standout returns to home soil for the KPGA Classic. Kim has shown flashes of good golf this season on the LIV Golf stage, and competing on the Korean Tour — where he has won multiple times — gives him a chance to rediscover the form that made him one of the most promising young players in the country.
