Rds. 1-2 tee times for LIV Golf players at PGA Championship

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Tee times for the first two rounds of this week’s PGA Championship were released Tuesday. Of the 15 full-time LIV Golf players in the field, 10 will have an afternoon tee time for Thursday’s opening round at Quail Hollow Club.
Reigning U.S. Open champion Bryson DeChambeau, the Crushers GC captain who finished second to Xander Schauffele at last year’s PGA, will tee off at 1:47 p.m. Thursday with fellow American Gary Woodland and Norwegian star Viktor Hovland. They will start on the first tee.
Three-time PGA champion Brooks Koepka, the Smash GC captain, has a 7:38 a.m. tee time with past Open champion Shane Lowry and Rickie Fowler off the 10th tee. Two-time winner Phil Mickelson, the HyFlyers GC captain, tees off 11 minutes later with Tommy Fleetwood and Jason Day.
4Aces GC Captain Dustin Johnson starts at 1:14 p.m. with Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas, the latter having won the PGA at Quail Hollow in 2017.
Legion XIII Captain Jon Rahm, the 2024 LIV Golf Individual Champion, will play with Patrick Cantlay and Matt Fitzpatrick at 8 a.m. Thursday. Current points leader Joaquin Niemann of Torque GC starts at 12:52 p.m. with Lucas Glover and Max Homa.
Past PGA champion Martin Kaymer, the Cleeks GC Captain, is in the first group off the first tee Thursday with fellow European stars Luke Donald and Padraig Harrington.
