Grounds Plus

This brand-new ticket combines the closeness of grounds with the views of VIP. You’ll enjoy exclusive, elevated viewing platforms on several holes, along with your own shaded chill-out area, away from the crowds. Upgrade? Try a transformation.

  • Amazing vantage-points all around the course, on the holes that you'd usually have to arrive early for.

  • Exclusive access to The Oasis, a dedicated chill space which gives you shade from the afternoon heat.

  • Your own private bar in The Oasis, so you can grab your refreshments with minimal lines.

  • All the freedom of a regular grounds pass to follow the players around the course.

Ticketing & Hospitality FYI 

  • Pricing is subject to change.     

  • There is no re-entry.  

When will I receive my tickets?

  • Tickets will be available 10 days prior to the event by accessing your account. All tickets are digital. We recommend adding your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet prior to arrival. PDF tickets will not be accepted.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

  • Your purchase confirmation is not a ticket. Your ticket(s) will be sent to you 10 days before the event. If you still cannot find your ticket by July 25th, 2025, please contact us

Do I need to print my ticket?

  • No, you will get your ticket in an email before the event and can add it to Apple or Google wallet.

If I never received a ticket email, what should I do?

  • An email with your ticket information will be sent to the email address on your account from tickets@livgolf.com 10 days prior to the event. If you did not receive your email, please check your junk folder. You can also log into your account directly with the email address on your account to access your tickets.

Do I need separate tickets for Hospitality and Grounds Pass?

  • No, all Hospitality tickets are inclusive of a Grounds Pass. No additional ticket is required.

When can I access Hospitality on Event Day? 

  • Hospitality opens when the gates open. Feel free to proceed to your Hospitality area whenever you’d like!  

  • Hospitality closes 15 minutes after the end of play. 

Do children need tickets? 

  • Children aged 12 and under will receive free Grounds Pass admission at the entry gate.    

  • All hospitality requires a ticket for children aged 4 and over.   

Can I resell my ticket?  

  • Per our ticketing policy, reselling of tickets are prohibited and cannot be sold on the secondary market. There are no refunds or exchanges. 

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

  • Please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible.
  • No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

Can I make a group booking?

  • If you would like to book for a large group, please reach out to max.esh@livgolf.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

Are there any special ticket offers for this event?  

  • Students can receive 25% off ground passes with a valid ID. Email students@livgolf.com for more information.     

  • Teachers can receive 25% off grounds passes with a valid ID. Email teachers@livgolf.com for more information.     

  • First responders can receive 25% off grounds passes with a valid employee ID. Email firstresponders@livgolf.com for more information. 

Is LIV Golf accessible friendly?  

  • LIV Golf is an accessible event, including all hospitality areas, and welcomes spectators who require assistance 
  • Wheelchairs and motorized scooters are allowed. However, LIV Golf recommends bringing your own devices, as rentals are not available on-site. Small folding stools or chairs without armrests are allowed.   
  • There will be accessible viewing platforms throughout the course available on a first-come, first-served basis.     
  • Guests who require accessibility assistance are asked to visit the info booth located near the main gate.   
  • Accessible shuttles to certain locations on the course will be available for those who need them. During peak times, there may be an extended wait. 
  • Accessible restrooms are available throughout the course, Fan Village, and hospitality areas. 
  • All shuttle bus pickup points and shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible.
