Richard T. Lee (CAN)

Lee, born in Toronto, earned his place as a wild card player by winning the 2026 LIV Golf Promotions event. The result marks the next step for the veteran competitor, who has spent more than a decade building a global professional résumé across multiple tours.

Lee is a multiple-time winner on the Asian Tour and International Series, highlighted by victories in high-profile events and a reputation as one of the circuit’s most reliable performers. The 35-year-old has represented himself at the highest levels of professional golf, combining precision ball-striking with a steady competitive temperament that has translated to sustained success worldwide.

Björn Hellgren (SWE)

Hellgren qualified for the 2026 LIV Golf season by finishing 2nd in the Promotions event, earning his spot with a composed performance that capped a steady rise through the professional ranks. The Swedish golfer’s qualification reflects years of development and competitive experience across European-based tours.

Hellgren has been a regular presence on the Nordic and European circuits, where he established himself as a consistent contender with a strong all-around game. Known for his disciplined approach and course management, he now takes the next step in his career, joining the LIV Golf League after proving he can compete and advance on one of golf’s most demanding qualifying stages.

Scott Vincent (ZWE)

Zimbabwean Scott Vincent, returned to the LIV Golf League for the 2026 season by topping The International Series Rankings and claiming the premier position among those eligible for automatic promotion. Vincent’s campaign featured a victory at the International Series Morocco and a runner-up finish at the International Series event in Jakarta, results that helped secure his LIV Golf spot.

Vincent, 33, was the Asian Tour’s International Series Order of Merit winner in both 2022 and 2025 and was named Asian Tour Rookie of the Year in 2016. A regular international competitor, he has represented Zimbabwe in events including the Olympic Games. Vincent won The International Series England in 2022 to earn a place in the inaugural LIV Golf season, where he competed in all eight events. He finished that season as a member of Torque GC, then competed from 2023-24 with the Iron Heads GC.

Yosuke Asaji (JPN)

Asaji, 32, secured his place in the 2026 LIV Golf season by finishing 2nd in the season-long International Series Rankings. Asaji’s strong campaign included a victory at the Moutai Singapore Open and top finishes across International Series events, performances that positioned him just behind rankings leader Scott Vincent and guaranteed his promotion.

Before his LIV Golf qualification, Asaji built a respected global résumé with success on both the Japan Golf Tour and the Asian Tour, compiling multiple professional wins including four on the Japan Golf Tour and two on the Asian Tour. He became the first Japanese player in 49 years to win the Singapore Open in 2025.
