This Promotion is only open attendees of LIV Golf Adelaide 2026 on the same day who are residents of Australia aged 18 or over who are not existing LIV Golf HyFlyers GC members, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), its agents and anyone professionally association with this Promotion.

2. No purchase necessary, however a valid email address is required.

3. Promotion Period:
a. Reward Period: Claim between 09:00 ACDT and 17:00 ACDT on the 12 February 2026, or until all 1,950 Rewards have been claimed.
b. Prize Draw Period: Enter between 09:00 ACDT and 14:00 ACDT on 12 February 2026 or when play ends that day, whichever is earliest.

4. To Enter the Prize Draw: Visit the HyFlyers GC booth in the Fan Village at LIV Golf Adelaide, The Grange Golf Club, White Sands Drive, Grange SA 5022, Australia and complete the form to provide your details (full name, email address, and country of residence) to be entered into the Prize Draw, to become a LIV Golf HyFlyers GC Member and to receive a Reward. Rewards will be on a first come first serve basis until the maximum number of Rewards is reached.

5. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person into the Prize Draw during the Promotion Period. No person may receive more than 1 Reward.

6. Rewards: There are a total of 1,950 Rewards available per day. Each claimant will receive 1 x pair of HyFlyers GC-branded sunglasses.

7. Prize Draw: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 2 x VIP Tickets for the winner and 1 guest to the same-day concert at LIV Golf Adelaide 2026 (Approximate Retail Value (‘ARV’): $1,512.18 AUD).

8. Further Reward & Prize Details:

1. By participating in the Promotion, claimants agree that the Reward is claimed on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Reward.
b. Concert Tickets:
1. The winner will receive their tickets via email.
2. The VIP tickets include access to an exclusive VIP area close to the stage.
3. If the guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult with their parent/guardian’s consent.
4. The Prize is for tickets only.
5. Once booked, tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
6. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
7. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The event organiser reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Festival organiser, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Festival related rules may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.
8. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of their Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the event/venue.
9. At the venue, the winner and their guest will be subject to the venue’s code of conduct, and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry and service of any party who appears to be intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly.
10. If the winner and their guest are refused entry to a venue, the Promoter reserves the right to not permit entry to any future shows, and the tickets will not be replaced with others.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, hospitality, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions or confirmed otherwise in writing by the Promoter to a winner and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
13. Winners must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
14. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the concert or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
15. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.

9. Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period. The Prize Draw will be conducted by HyFlyers GC at The Grange Golf Club, White Sands Drive, Grange SA 5022, Australia, at 14:00 ACDT on 12 February 2026.

10. Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the Prize is unclaimed 90 minutes after the close of the Prize Draw Period, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will take place from all non-winning valid entries on 12 February 2026 at 15:30 by HyFlyers GC at The Grange Golf Club, White Sands Drive, Grange SA 5022, Australia. The provisional winner of the unclaimed Prize will be notified via the email address provided on entry within 10 minutes of Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be subject to the Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance terms outlined in clauses 13 and 14 respectively.

11. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 30 minutes of Prize Draw Winner Selection and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 1 hour, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. A reserve winner may have less time to respond.

12. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 10 minutes of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing info@hyflyersgc.com within a further 20 minutes. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

13. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the first initial, surname and postcode of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by emailing info@hyflyersgc.com. Winners can object to their details being published by emailinginfo@hyflyersgc.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Australian Authorities when requested by them.

14. The Promoter may request that the winner participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

15. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

16. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.

17. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20094) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 21. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the Prize is unclaimed 90 minutes after the close of the Prize Draw Period, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will take place from all non-winning valid entries on 14 February 2026 at 18:30 by HyFlyers GC at The Grange Golf Club, White Sands Drive, Grange SA 5022, Australia. The provisional winner of the unclaimed Prize will be notified via the email address provided on entry within 10 minutes of Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be subject to the Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance terms outlined in clauses 13 and 14 respectively.

59. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 30 minutes of Prize Draw Winner Selection and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 1 hour, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. A reserve winner may have less time to respond.

60. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 10 minutes of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing info@hyflyersgc.com within a further 20 minutes. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the first initial, surname and postcode of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by emailing info@hyflyersgc.com. Winners can object to their details being published by emailinginfo@hyflyersgc.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Australian Authorities when requested by them.

62. The Promoter may request that the winner participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

63. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months.
