LIV GOLF PLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DAY 1 – LIV Golf Adelaide Promotion Terms and Conditions

Full Terms & Conditions:

1. This Promotion is open to attendees of the LIV Golf Adelaide Event at The Grange Golf Club, Australia who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access, valid email address and a camera phone are required.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 09:00 ACST to 16:30 ACST on 12 February 2026.
4. How to Enter:
   To submit an entry to the Promotion, attend the LIV Golf Adelaide Event at The Grange Golf Club, White Sands Dr, Grange SA 5022, Australia, scan the signposted QR codes located at the Event for the LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’ and/or the LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Nearest to the Pin’ games (“the Game(s)”) and complete your entry, or entries, as further detailed below:
   1. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Nearest to the Pin’:
      1. scan the applicable QR Code;
      2. accept the Promotion Terms & Conditions and submit your predictions of which player in the applicable group will get closest to the pin for any of the applicable holes. Predictions must be selected and submitted before the group starts the applicable hole, for a valid entry/submission;
      3. login to your LIV Golf account (or create one for free and accept the applicable account terms and conditions) and submit your details (full name, email address and country of residence), to complete your entry.
   2. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’:
      1. scan the applicable QR Code;
      2. accept the Promotion Terms & Conditions and make either or both of the following predictions:
         • ‘Predict the Next Hole Score’: select a group then, under the “Live Hole” tab, choose the number of shots you predict each group member to take on their next hole.
         • ‘Predict the Round’: select a group then, under the “Day Score” tab, make one of the available categories of predictions.
      3. login to your LIV Golf account (or create one for free, and accept the applicable account terms and conditions) and submit your details (full name, email address and country of residence), to complete your entry.
5. Further Entry Conditions:
   1. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’, Predict the Next Hole Score: Maximum of 1 prediction is permitted per group member per hole during the Promotion Period.
   2. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’, Predict the Round: Maximum of 1 prediction is permitted per available category during the Promotion Period.
   3. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Nearest to the Pin’: must make a prediction for at least one group in order to enter, and a maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per applicable group and hole during the Promotion Period.
   4. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

LIV Golf Play Leaderboard:

6. For the LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Nearest to the Pin’, entrants receive 10 points for each valid submission/entry made pursuant to clause 4a and 5, and an additional 20 points for each correct prediction in respect of each valid entry. Entrants will receive 0 points additional points for each incorrect predictions in respect of each valid entry.
7. For the LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’, entrants receive 10 points for the first valid submission/entry made pursuant to clause 4b and 5, and an additional 1 point for each correct prediction in respect of each valid entry. Entrants will receive 0 points additional points for each incorrect predictions in respect of each valid entry.
8. Points accumulated by each entrant in accordance with clause 6 and 7 are added together to contribute to, and make up, their score (“LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score”).
9. An overall contest ranking for the Promotion will be published and maintained during the Promotion Period, being a leaderboard display with entrants names and their corresponding LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score, with entrants ranked from the highest score to the lowest score (“LIV Golf Play Leaderboard”).
10. The LIV Golf Play Leaderboard will be maintained at [insert website link where leaderboard will be displayed and able to be viewed] for a minimum of 28 days.

Prize Details:

11. There will be three winners for the Promotion.
12. The winners will be awarded the following prizes:
    1. First place winner: 1x iPad Pro 13 (valued at approximately AUD $2,549.00);
    2. Second place winner: 1x GoPro Hero 4K (valued at approximately AUD $350.00);
    3. Third place winner: 1x AirPods Pro 3 (valued at approximately AUD $429.00).
13. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize that is similar to, and of equal or greater value to the prize.
14. The prizes are not negotiable or transferable.

Winner Selection:

15. The entrants with the three highest LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Scores at the end of the Promotion Period will be deemed the provisional winners.
16. The first place winner will be awarded to the entrant with the highest LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score, the second place winner will be awarded to the entrant with the second highest LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score, and third place winner will awarded to the entrant third highest LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score.
17. In the event of a tie for any winner placings, the provisional winner will be decided by random selection between the entrants with the equal applicable LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score.
18. For the avoidance of doubt, following the random selection, the applicable entrants not randomly selected will still be eligible for any other applicable winner placings (e.g. an entrant tied for second place who does not become the provisional second place winner by random selection, then becomes eligible to be selected as the third place winner).
19. The provisional prize-winners will be selected after the Promotion Period between approximately 5.00pm (ACDT) – 6.00pm (ACDT) on 12 February 2026 (“Winner Selection”).

Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance:

20. The Promoter will notify the winners to arrange prize delivery within 7 days of the Winner Selections.
21. The provisional winners will be contacted in order the respective placings (e.g. first place prize-winner notified and confirmed first, then second place prize-winner, then third-place prize-winner) via email addresses used by each winner to login or sign up to their respective LIV Golf accounts and complete their Promotion entries.
22. There is no fee or payment required to be paid to us for the delivery of any prizes to a winner.
23. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winners. If any of the winners cannot be contacted or are not available, or have not claimed their prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the unclaimed prize to the next eligible entrant in accordance with clause 15 and 16 above, and the Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance terms outlined in clauses 18, 20, and 21 respectively.
24. If any winner rejects or cannot receive their prize for any reason or their entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms, that winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
25. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the first initial, surname and postcode of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to liv.x@livgolf.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Australian Authorities when requested by them.
26. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
27. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
28. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
29. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Games or entry page.
30. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
31. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
32. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.livgolf.com/privacy-policy.
33. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
34. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
35. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
36. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Winner Selection:

15. The entrants with the three highest LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Scores at the end of the Promotion Period will be deemed the provisional winners.
16. The first place winner will be awarded to the entrant with the highest LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score, the second place winner will be awarded to the entrant with the second highest LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score, and third place winner will awarded to the entrant third highest LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score.
17. In the event of a tie for any winner placings, the provisional winner will be decided by random selection between the entrants with the equal applicable LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score.
18. For the avoidance of doubt, following the random selection, the applicable entrants not randomly selected will still be eligible for any other applicable winner placings (e.g. an entrant tied for second place who does not become the provisional second place winner by random selection, then becomes eligible to be selected as the third place winner).
19. The provisional prize-winners will be selected after the Promotion Period between approximately 5.00pm (ACDT) – 6.00pm (ACDT) on 14 February 2026 (“Winner Selection”).

Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance:

20. The Promoter will notify the winners to arrange prize delivery within 7 days of the Winner Selections.
21. The provisional winners will be contacted in order the respective placings (e.g. first place prize-winner notified and confirmed first, then second place prize-winner, then third-place prize-winner) via email addresses used by each winner to login or sign up to their respective LIV Golf accounts and complete their Promotion entries.
22. There is no fee or payment required to be paid to us for the delivery of any prizes to a winner.
23. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winners. If any of the winners cannot be contacted or are not available, or have not claimed their prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the unclaimed prize to the next eligible entrant in accordance with clause 15 and 16 above, and the Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance terms outlined in clauses 18, 20 and 21 respectively.
24. If any winner rejects or cannot receive their prize for any reason or their entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms, that winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
25. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the first initial, surname and postcode of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to liv.x@livgolf.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Australian Authorities when requested by them.
26. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
27. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

1. This Promotion is open to attendees of the LIV Golf Adelaide Event at The Grange Golf Club, Australia who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access, valid email address and a camera phone are required.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 09:00 ACST to 16:30 ACST on 15 February 2026.
4. How to Enter:
   To submit an entry to the Promotion, attend the LIV Golf Adelaide Event at The Grange Golf Club, White Sands Dr, Grange SA 5022, Australia (“the Event”), scan the signposted QR codes located at the Event for the LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’ and/or the LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Nearest to the Pin’ games (“the Game(s)”) and complete your entry, or entries, as further detailed below:
   1. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Nearest to the Pin’:
      1. scan the applicable QR Code;
      2. login to your LIV Golf account (or create one for free and accept the applicable account terms and conditions) and submit your details (full name, email address and country of residence);
      3. accept the Promotion Terms & Conditions and submit your predictions of which player in the applicable group will get closest to the pin for any of the applicable holes to complete your entry. Predictions must be selected and submitted before the group starts the applicable hole, for a valid entry/submission.
   2. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’:
      1. scan the applicable QR Code;
      2. login to your LIV Golf account (or create one for free, and accept the applicable account terms and conditions) and submit your details (full name, email address and country of residence);
      3. accept the Promotion Terms & Conditions and submit either or both of the following predictions to complete your entry:
         • ‘Predict the Next Hole Score’: select a group then, under the “Live Hole” tab, choose the number of shots you predict each group member to take on their next hole.
         • ‘Predict the Round’: select a group then, under the “Day Score” tab, make one of the available categories of predictions.
5. Further Entry Conditions:
   1. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’, Predict the Next Hole Score: Maximum of 1 prediction is permitted per group member per hole during the Promotion Period.
   2. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’, Predict the Round: Maximum of 1 prediction is permitted per available category during the Promotion Period.
   3. LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Nearest to the Pin’: must make a prediction for at least one group in order to enter, and a maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per applicable group and hole during the Promotion Period.
   4. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

LIV Golf Play Leaderboard:

6. For the LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Nearest to the Pin’, entrants receive 10 points for each valid submission/entry made pursuant to clause 4a and 5, and an additional 20 points for each correct prediction in respect of each valid entry. Entrants will receive 0 points additional points for each incorrect predictions in respect of each valid entry.
7. For the LIV Golf Adelaide ‘Score Predictor’, entrants receive 10 points for the first valid submission/entry made pursuant to clause 4b and 5, and an additional 1 point for each correct prediction in respect of each valid entry. Entrants will receive 0 points additional points for each incorrect predictions in respect of each valid entry.
8. Points accumulated by each entrant in accordance with clause 6 and 7 are added together to contribute to, and make up, their score (“LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score”).
9. An overall contest ranking for the Promotion will be published and maintained during the Promotion Period, being a leaderboard display with entrants names and their corresponding LIV Golf Play Leaderboard Score, with entrants ranked from the highest score to the lowest score (“LIV Golf Play Leaderboard”).
10. The LIV Golf Play Leaderboard will be maintained and updated through the Promotion Period and can be viewed and accessed on the LIV Golf Play web app by scanning the QR Codes signposted at the Event.

Prize Details:

11. There will be three winners for the Promotion.
12. The winners will be awarded the following prizes:
    1. First place winner: 2027 LIV Golf Adelaide VIP Weekend Experience for two (valued at approximately AUD $4,000.00).

Further Prize Details:

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature(including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
3. Each winner will be subject to a name check against any Club, venue or sporting Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order.

5. Each winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
6. Where a prize includes tickets to a LIV Golf League event, tickets are subject to availability and the winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the prize.
7. Where a prize includes an experience with a LIV Golf League player, such participating LIV Golf League player will be determined by LIV Golf in its sole discretion.
