Individual Championship scenarios going into LIV Golf New York
Jon Rahm leads the standings for the season-long Individual Championship, but Bryson DeChambeau still has a fighting chance to catch him.

Legion XIII Captain Jon Rahm enters this week’s LIV Golf New York with a chance to wrap up his third consecutive season-long Individual Championship. The only player who can catch him is his closest pursuer, Crushers GC Captain Bryson DeChambeau.
Rahm will tee off Thursday at Trump National Bedminster with 938.44 points, putting him 219.04 points ahead of DeChambeau, who has 719.40 points. In third place is fast-charging Lucas Herbert, who has 531.23 points after winning two of the last four LIV Golf tournaments.

With two regular-season tournaments remaining and 200 points for a tournament win, the maximum number of available points is 400 for any player who wins in New York and in Indianapolis later this month. That leaves DeChambeau with a chance, while Herbert’s best case is finishing second, since he’s currently 407.21 points behind.
Rahm will wrap up the title at Bedminster if he stays more than 200 points ahead of DeChambeau once the final leaderboard is determined. DeChambeau must outscore Rahm by 19.04 points this week to stay in the race.
