PGA CHAMPIONSHIP RD. 1-2 TEE TIMES FOR LIV GOLF PLAYERS

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Brooks Koepka will begin the title defense of his PGA Championship on Thursday morning at 8:37 a.m. ET in a group that includes Max Homa and Jordan Spieth. The threesome will tee off on the 10th hole at Valhalla Golf Club.

Tee times for the first two rounds were released on Tuesday for the field of 156 players, which includes Koepka and 15 other LIV Golf League players.

Koepka, the Smash GC captain who comes off a victory at LIV Golf Singapore, is seeking a fourth PGA title and sixth major of his career.

Two-time PGA Champion Phil Mickelson makes his 31st PGA Championship start at 1:51 p.m. off the first tee, in a group that includes Collin Morikawa and Matt Fitzpatrick.

4Aces GC Captain Dustin Johnson will be paired with Rory McIlroy and Justin Rose in the first two rounds, while Legion XIII Captain Jon Rahm will share a group with Rickie Fowler and Cameron Young.

Both Johnson and Rahm are seeking to add the third legs of a career grand slam, with each having already won a Masters and U.S. Open.

Cameron Smith, whose all-Australian Ripper GC has won the last two LIV Golf team titles in Adelaide and Singapore, is paired with a couple of other international starts in Japan’s Hideki Matsuyama and Norway’s Viktor Hovland.

Crushers GC Captain Bryson DeChambeau is paired with Tommy Fleetwood and Akshay Bhatia, while Torque GC Captain Joaquin Niemann – the current Individual points leader in the 2024 LIV Golf season – is paired with Tom Kim and Gary Woodland.
