Summary Terms & Conditions:

Aramco LIV Golf Singapore Marina Bay Sands Pop Up Activation ("Event") Golf Putt Challenge ("Challenge") Ticket Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

  1. These terms and conditions for Challenge ("Terms and Conditions") apply to you so far as the law permits so please read them carefully.

  2. The Operator of the Challenge is IMG Singapore Pte. Ltd. (together the "Operator").

  3. The Challenge will be held at Level 2 of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (Venue) from 7-11 March 2026 during operating hours of the mall which can be found here.

  4. The operator reserves the right to amend, reschedule, postpone, or cancel the Challenge or any part thereof without providing advance notice.

  5. References to "you", "your", "yours" shall mean you and any children aged 16 and under in your care entering the Venue.

  6. You should always act in a safe and responsible manner.

  7. You take part in any activity at your own risk and are responsible for the safety and supervision of any children in your care. In the interests of safety, please follow any instructions made by officials. The date and time of the Challenge at the designated Venue, are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Operator.

Registration and Eligibility to enter the challenge.

  1. There is no age restriction to participate in the challenge. However, participants aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at the Venue. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and submit the necessary details on their behalf for entry.

  2. Participation in the Challenge is on a walk-in registration basis only.

  3. No entry fee is required for participation in the Challenge.

  4. Participants must provide the following details upon registration: Full Name,, Email Address, consent to subscribing to LIV Golf's newsletter and their preferred day for the prize

  5. Anyone can participate in the Challenge at the designated Venue and timings from 7-11 March 2026.

Participation Rules

  1. Each participant must have signed up for or must sign up at the Venue for the LIV Golf newsletter.

  2. Each participant is entitled to two attempts to hit a hole in one at the golf putt challenge, with only those participants who achieved a hole in one being considered for a prize.

  3. Participants may only participate one time (two shots). Re-trying the Challenge at an alternative time or date will not be permitted.

  4. Participants must utilise the golf clubs and balls that are provided by the Operator at the Venue.

  5. The Operator and its authorised third parties reserve the right to change the number of attempts permitted according to the discretion of the on-ground staff.

  6. Nothing may be removed from the Challenge unless given by an authorised member of staff.

The Prize(s)

  1. The first one hundred (100) successful participants at the Challenge in each day of the Challenge will receive one (1) grounds pass ticket for Aramco LIV Golf Singapore 2026 ("Event"). The successful participants will be allowed to choose between one ticket for Thursday (12 March), Friday (13 March) or Saturday (14 March) ("Prize").

  2. All Prize offerings and entitlements are at the discretion of the Operator. If the Prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Operator, the Operator will not be held liable. There is no cash alternative.

  3. Prize winners must be present during the prize presentation to claim their Prize(s). If a prize winner is not present and cannot be contacted, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and award it to the next eligible candidate.

  4. Participants who are successful at the Challenge will be sent their Prize by 2359 on 14 March 2026 via Email. The Operator shall not be responsible for any errors in the email provided or email delivery issues.

  5. Failure to respond within three days starting from the date of the notification message being sent may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

  6. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and may not be exchanged or sold for cash. The Prizes are only available to those who have a valid email address to receive the ticket in their inbox. Transportation to the Event venue will not be provided.

  7. Use of the Prize shall be at the winner and his/her guests' own risk. The winner and his/her guests should always act in a safe and responsible manner.

  8. The Operator shall not be responsible for any additional expenses/fees incurred in connection with the use of the Prize and such expenses/fees shall be borne fully by the winner.

Legal Information

  1. The Operator and its group companies will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this competition or as a result of your participation in the competition and any activities or as a result of your winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, or if the competition does not run as planned. This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of the Operator and its group companies for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability.

  2. You consent to your data being used, stored, transferred and processed (either in Singapore or overseas) by the Operator, its group companies and its authorised third parties solely for the administration of the Challenge, including eligibility verification, prize fulfilment, and operational communications.

  3. By entering the Challenge, you grant irrevocable permission to the Challenge and Tournament organisers, the LIV Golf league and their respective affiliates and licensees to use the your image, likeness, voice, actions and statements captured at the Challenge and Tournament in any medium, including without limitation, live telecast, social media, video recording or photograph in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (in whole or in part) for any purpose without further authorization or compensation, and waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless prohibited by law. If you do not wish for your image, likeness, voice, actions, or statements to be used as described above, please notify the organisers in writing at inquiries@livgolf.com before participating in the Challenge. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, but participation in the Challenge may be subject to conditions requiring media coverage.

  4. You grant permission to us to use photographs or video ("Media") taken of you on the date and at the location for publication for use without being notified. Participants who do not wish to have their image used for promotional purposes may notify event staff or contact inquiries@livgolf.com before the event.

  5. You agree that we may license the Media or any excerpts, and likeness used in or identifying the Media, and in any related or derivative versions of the Media, and in the advertising, marketing and promotion of the Media.

  6. You agree to waive and release any and all claims against us relating to your name, likeness, the Media and their uses and/or distribution in any version or media throughout any media, including without limitation, any rights and claims relating to royalties or compensation, editing, alteration, copyright, distribution, misappropriation, libel, false light, rights of privacy and/or publicity.

  7. The Operator can change these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Challenge at its discretion and without incurring liability as a result.

  8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute which may arise.
