NSPCC PUTT TO PROTECT
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “RULES”) CONTAINED HEREIN CONSTITUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE PROMOTER (DEFINED BELOW). BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION (DEFINED BELOW), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT AND ABIDE BY THESE RULES IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
- THE PROMOTER
This competition (the “Competition”) is operated by LIV Golf Events Ltd., a company incorporated in England with company number 13943068 and with a registered office at C/O Zedra, Booths Hall Booths Park 3, Chelford Road, Knutsford, England, WA16 8GS and National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (the “NSPCC”), a registered charity in England and Wales (216401) and Scotland (SC037717) , with a registered office at National Centre, 42 Curtain Road, London, EC2A 3NH (the “Promoter”).

THE COMPETITION
-
The title of the Competition is the “NSPCC Putt to Protect”.
-
Entrants (defined below) may enter the Competition for a chance to win the Prize at LIV Golf UK 2025 by JCB (the “Event”), as defined and described in Rule 6 below. Each valid Competition entry requires a separate £5 donation to the NSPCC and is subject to the requirements set out in Rule 3.

Participation in the putting activation is open to all Event attendees; including children, regardless of donation. However, only individuals aged 18 years or over who donate £5 per entry and meet the criteria in Rule 3 and Rule 4 will be eligible to enter the Competition.

HOW TO ENTER
-
The Competition will be run over three (3) consecutive days, from 25 July 2025 to 27 July 2025 (the “Entry Period”), during LIV Golf UK by JCB. Each day, the Competition will open at the shotgun start of tournament play (approximately 13:05 p.m. BST) and will close when approximately two (2) holes remain (estimated around 17:00 p.m. BST). Actual times may vary based on the official tournament schedule. All valid entries submitted during this time by Entrants who successfully complete the skill challenge (as described in Rule 3.3) will be eligible to win.

All Competition entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. All entries received after the Entry Period are automatically disqualified. An eligible individual who attempts to enter the Competition is hereafter referred to as an “Entrant”.

To enter the Competition, during the Entry Period, an Entrant must:
-
attend LIV Golf UK 2025 by JCB;
-
visit the NSPCC – Putt to Protect activation during the Event weekend and donate £5 to NSPCC (card or cash accepted) per Competition entry; and
-
successfully make a hole-in-one, which consists of a putt of approximately 80 feet to the hole.
Entrants who make a successful hole-in-one will be asked to complete an Entry Form providing their full name, email address and country of residence, and must also participate in a tiebreaker question: “How many counselling sessions have been provided to children and young people since Childline started in October 1986 until 31 March 2025”. The provisional Winner will be the Entrant who correctly answers the tiebreaker question or is closest to the correct answer, as assessed after the Entry Period ends.

Entrants are not required to opt-in to receive the Promoter’s marketing emails in order to enter the Competition. An Entrant will be able to able to unsubscribe from receiving emails and other communications from the Promoter and its affiliates by following the instructions in the applicable privacy policies: the LIV Golf Privacy Policy at https://www.livgolf.com/privacy-policy or the NSPCC Privacy Policy at https://www.nspcc.org.uk/privacy-policy/

The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules, the provisional winner will be declared the official winner of the Competition (the “Winner”).

ELIGIBILITY
-
The Competition is only open to all residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees, directors and officers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, and employees, directors, and officers of 160over90 or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees, directors and officers of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, 160over90, or their respective group companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; and
(c) members of the immediate families (including spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of any individuals listed in (a) and (b) above.

ENTRY CONDITIONS
-
In entering the Competition, an Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so in conformance with these Rules and they are eligible to claim the Prize if they are the Winner. The Promoter may require an Entrant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Competition.

The Promoter will not accept Competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer; or
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk.
-
There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant may submit during the Entry Period, provided each entry is submitted in accordance with Rule 3.3. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed. Any individual found to be using multiple email addresses to enter will be ineligible.

The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify an Entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.

The Competition is subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The Competition is void outside Great Britain and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

THE PRIZE
-
The Prize (the “Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Winner and one (1) Guest. The Prize includes the following:
(a) LIV Golf UK 2026 Tickets and Concert
The Winner will receive two (2) x three (3)-day hospitality tickets to LIV Golf UK 2026 (the “2026 Event”) for the Winner and one (1) Guest. These tickets grant access to the entire 2026 Event including the concert pit, providing a world-class view of the post-round headliner. (2026 Event dates and concert date(s) are subject to scheduling by LIV Golf and will be communicated to the Winner once confirmed).
(b) LIV Golf Player Meet-and-Greet
A 15-minute player meet-and-greet at LIV Golf UK 2026 (the players cannot be confirmed until the day of the event, due to player availability and scheduling).
Approximate retail value of the total Prize package is £4,000.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any Prize which are not specifically included in that Prize, including, without limitation, flights, transportation, accommodation, gratuities, room upgrades, car parking charges, souvenirs, hotel incidentals including room service, mini bar, movies, laundry, spa access and wi-fi (if not free), travel insurance, excess baggage (including sports equipment), meals or beverages on flights or trains, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money). Any additional costs shall be borne by the Winner and their Guest.

Once booked, tickets are valid for the dates and times agreed between the Promoter and the Winner, if the booking is cancelled by the Winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and, for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

Certain parts of the Prize may require particular levels of health or fitness. Entrants should ensure that they are capable of meeting the required standards.
-
The Winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or similar access needs.
-
The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value.
-
The Prize is not negotiable, exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The Winner is strictly prohibited from selling the Prize to any other person.
-
The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes) in respect of the Prize and the Competition.
-
All Competition entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be acknowledged.
6.10 The Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their Guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in their absolute discretion to exclude the Winner and/or their Guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the Winner and/or their Guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these terms may result in refused entry to the Event.
6.11 The Winner and their Guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the Event, they must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these terms may result in refused entry to the Event or the Winner and their Guest being excluded and required to leave.
6.12 The Winner and their Guest will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the Promoter if any event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
6.13 Once tickets to the Event have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.

WINNER
-
The provisional Winner will be judged and selected on 27 July 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The provisional Winner will be the Entrant who makes a hole-in-one and correctly answers the NSPCC tiebreaker question or is closest to the correct answer, as assessed after the Entry Period ends. For your total confidence the tiebreaker question will be independently judged by 160over90 at JCB Golf & Country Club, Hollington Road, Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14 5HY.

Each Entrant agrees that the decision of the Promoter is final, binding and conclusive in all matters related to the Competition.

The Promoter will contact the provisional Winner personally as soon as practicable after selection, using the email address detailed on their Entry form. The Promoter will not amend any contact information after the Competition entry has been submitted. The Promoter is not responsible for typos or errors in any Entrant’s Competition entry.

The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will, subject to the following sentence, send the surname and county of a Prize winner to anyone who emails impactandsustainability@livgolf.com within one (1) month after the Entry Period. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email at impactandsustainability@livgolf.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority, on request.

By entering the Competition, an Entrant grants to the Promoter, NSPCC, LIV Golf Inc., LIV Golf Ltd, LIV Golf Events Ltd and their respective affiliates and third parties in perpetuity, the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display, the Entrant’s name, portrait, picture, likeness, image or statements about the Competition, or any content submitted by the Entrant (whether as part of their entry or to claim a Prize), for any purpose whatsoever concerning the businesses, activities, events, advertisements, promotions or marketing of the Promoter, NSPCC, LIV Golf Inc., LIV Golf Ltd, LIV Golf Events Ltd and their respective affiliates, and parent and subsidiary companies, throughout the world, including, but without limitation, in connection with the Competition, and related advertising, marketing, promotion, merchandising, as well as in connection with any other media or technology (including, without limitation, internet protocols, wireless or interactive platforms or interfaces) through which the Promoter or its affiliates and third parties may distribute content to end users, whether now existing or hereafter developed.

Winner acknowledges that any Guest (if applicable) must also fulfil the eligibility criteria in Rule 4. The Winner shall procure that their Guest provides all information and documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter to confirm compliance.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE
-
The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to confirm the details of the Prize to the Winner who has accepted the Prize in accordance with Rule 8.3, no later than five (5) working days following Winner Selection. Due to the nature of the Prize, the Promoter will make arrangements with the Winner to be in touch during the 2026 season, once the LIV Golf 2026 schedule has been confirmed.

The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winner’s behalf.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional Winner in accordance with Rule 7.3. If the provisional Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, refuses the Prize, is ineligible (or their Guest is ineligible) to receive the Prize, has not claimed the Prize within 48 hours of the initial attempted notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next eligible Entrant. If necessary, the Promoter will contact up to two (2) alternate winners in order to award the Prize, time permitting, after which the Prize will go unawarded.

The Promoter is not responsible if a provisional Winner is unable to accept or receive the Prize.

The provisional Winner may be required to submit documentation or identification to the Promoter. Prize claim documents will be sent to the provisional Winner via email and/or mail. The Prize claim documents for the provisional Winner may also include a declaration of eligibility/release of liability/Prize acceptance and publicity release (where permitted by law), a Guest release form, and any other documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter. The provisional Winner must complete and return all requested documentation within seven (7) days of the date on which it was sent.

Failure of Winner and/or Guest (if applicable) to meet the eligibility criteria of the Competition or to submit any required documentation and/or identification may result in the provisional Winner’s disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant.

To the extent permitted pursuant to applicable law, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void, modify, suspend, extend, or cancel or amend the Competition (or any portion thereof) in the event the Promoter is prevented from executing the Competition as contemplated herein by any event beyond the Promoter’s control. The Promoter reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Competition, in whole or in part, or modify, suspend or extend the Competition or Competition materials in any way, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Competition materials and/or Prize claim document is impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, malfunctions or errors have destroyed or undermined the proper entry, integrity, and/or feasibility of the Competition.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
The Promoter will process the Entrant’s personal data as set out in the applicable privacy policy: the LIV Golf Privacy Policy at https://www.livgolf.com/privacy-policy or the NSPCC Privacy Policy at https://www.nspcc.org.uk/privacy-policy/. By entering this Competition, the Entrant grants the Promoter and its third parties permission to share the Entrant’s email address and any other personal data with its affiliates and third party agencies for the purpose of selecting the Winner and facilitating the Prize.

GENERAL

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Rules, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude an Entrant from participating in the Competition.

To the extent permitted pursuant to applicable law, the Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
-
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including legal fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. While the Promoter may take action against fraudulent activities of which they become aware, the Promoter assumes no responsibility or obligation to proactively police Entrants’ activities, or to investigate any or all claims of fraudulent activity. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The Promoter will not be required to correspond with Entrants.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning the Prize in connection with the Competition. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Prize will be provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter hereby disclaims all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.

RELEASE AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Important: By participating in the Competition, each Entrant hereby releases and agrees to hold the Promoter, NSPCC, LIV Golf Inc., LIV Golf Ltd, LIV Golf Events Ltd and each of their respective affiliates, Prize partners, developers, licensors, digital/advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (the “Competition Entities”) harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Competition or any Competition-related activity or the receipt, use or misuse of the Prize.

By submitting an entry, the Entrant acknowledges and agrees that:

the Competition Entities are not responsible for any costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with:
(i) Incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for failure to receive entries due to any cause, including, without limitation, human, transmission, or technical problems, failures, or malfunctions of any kind, whether originating with the Entrant, with the Competition Entities or otherwise, that may limit the Entrant’s ability to participate in the Competition;
(ii) Incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by internet users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with the entry (and the Competition Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, malfunction, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, tampering, or hacking);
(iii) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Competition (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, or any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to or based on the participant’s rights of publicity or privacy); or
(iv) Any claim by the Entrant for defamation or portrayal in a false light.

The Competition Entities assume no responsibility for any damage to the Entrant’s computer system, which is occasioned by accessing the website or social media pages, or submitting an entry, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.

GOVERNING LAW
These Rules and the Competition are governed by English law. If any Entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must bring such proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or Scotland.
