The 2025 LIV Golf season delivered plenty of big moments off the tee, with players hitting their drivers across the globe. From Caleb Surratt’s 488-yard monster drive in Mexico City to Henrik Stenson’s precision fairway finding, the season’s stats reveal the biggest hitters, the straightest drivers, and the teams that dominated the category.

Here’s a look at the driving superlatives that defined the year.

LONGEST DRIVES-INDIVIDUAL (all drives)

Club de Golf Chapultepec, the venue for LIV Golf Mexico City, sits at 7,800 feet above sea level, where the altitude boosts driving distance. As a result, three of the top five longest drives during the 2025 LIV Golf season hailed from this event.

SEASON DRIVING AVERAGE-INDIVIDUAL (on measured holes)

2025 marks the first time Joaquin Niemann has led the league in average driving distance. The leaders in the four previous seasons were: Bryson DeChambeau in 2022 (327.1), Peter Uihlein in 2023 (322.5) and DeChambeau in 2024 (323.0).

DeChambeau and Niemann, who sit atop the league in average driving distance, lead the way with the most 400-yard drives of the season. Caleb Surratt had only two drives of 400-plus yards, but they were 2 of the 3 longest drives of the year. His third longest drive was 397.5 yards.
