LIV Golf heads to The Serapong at Sentosa Golf Club to play LIV Golf Singapore presented by Aramco. Sentosa is a masterful blend of incredible scenery and a demanding championship layout that will test players at every turn.

RELATED: Where to Watch

The Serapong at Sentosa Golf Club is a par 71 measuring 7,406 yards. In addition to hosting LIV Golf Singapore from 2023-2025, the course also hosted the Singapore Open from 2005 to 2022. Sentosa is a long and challenging course that rewards the best ball-strikers in the field.

TEAM POWER RANKINGS

1. Legion XIII

Sentosa is a ball-strikers paradise that rewards elite tee-to-green play, which is exactly the type of layout Legion XIII’s supreme ball-strikers thrive on. Captain Jon Rahm, fresh off a convincing victory in Hong Kong, has finished T10 in 2024 and T5 in 2025, while continuing to round into elite from this season. Tyrrell Hatton posted a T5 in 2024 (and T19 in 2025). Tom McKibbin has one prior start (T25 last season), but his powerful and precise style of play fits Sentosa perfectly and positions him to contend.

2. Fireballs GC

The Fireballs enter the week as the defending champions in Singapore and I believe Captain Sergio Garcia, David Puig and Josele Ballester all have a legitimate chance to win individually at Sentosa. Garcia won the SMBC Singapore Open at the course in 2018 by a demanding five strokes and Puig finished 4th at LIV Golf Singapore last season. Ballester is yet to play the course but is the type of player who is well-suited to meet the ball-striking demands of the layout. The Fireballs have struggled to an extent through the first three events of the season but Sentosa is where they will get off the mat.

3. Torque GC

Captain Joaquin Niemann enters the week as the defending champion and although he isn’t in quite the form he was in at this time last year, Torque’s deep roster will make them difficult to beat this week. Carlos Ortiz is coming off a strong week in Hong Kong and Sebastian Munoz finished T5 in Singapore last season. Abraham Ancer has finished T10 in both of his trips to the course.

4. 4Aces GC

The 4Aces are back on top after a win last week in Hong Kong. The Belgian bombers of the 4Aces, Thomas Detry and Thomas Pieters, are both in spectacular form and are capable of the elite off the tee and long iron play that is required to score at Sentosa. Anthony Kim continues to strike the ball well and has shown no signs that his win in Adelaide was a flash in the pan. Captain Dustin Johnson continues to play consistently inconsistent but showed he could go low at Sentosa when he was the first-round leader here last season.

5. Crushers GC

Bryson DeChambeau had a poor week by his standards last week in Hong Kong, but the Crushers GC captain should be able to let his driver rip quite a bit more this week in Singapore. Paul Casey has had plenty of strong performances at Sentosa, including a T2 finish in the 2019 SMBC Singapore Open. After a slow start to the season, Anirban Lahiri showed some life last week with a top 20 finish at Fanling.

6. Southern Guards GC

The Southern Guards may not be the flashiest team on LIV Golf, but they just might be the most reliable. The South African team has finished in the top 5 in back-to-back starts and are trending nicely as we near LIV Golf’s debut in their home country. Dean Burmester is a strong course fit, but Sentosa doesn’t quite suit the other three members of the team quite as well. I’d expect another solid outing for the Southern Guards but hoisting a trophy on this course would be a tall task.

7. Smash GC

Smash GC Captain Talor Gooch won LIV Golf Singapore in 2023 and he enters the week having played relatively well over the year’s first three events. Gooch’s friend and teammate, Harold Varner III came to life last week in Hong Kong and when he’s on is one of the best drivers of the golf ball and long iron players in the league. If he can make some putts this week, the duo of Gooch and Varner alongside a steady Jason Kokrak and Graeme McDowell may be enough to vault Smash into contention.

8. RangeGoats GC

One strong week from Matthew Wolff in Hong Kong certainly can’t make up for multiple underwhelming seasons, but I remain a believer in his talent and feel as though last week was the beginning of what will be a resurgent season for the former surefire top prospect. Peter Uihlein began his season with back-to-back third-place finishes and although he struggled at times in Hong Kong, his overall form cannot be discounted at a course where his distance off the tee will be a tremendous advantage.

9. Ripper GC

Ripper GC has had a spectacular start to the season, but even elite teams can't win every week. The all-Aussies won at Sentosa in 2024, but struggled in 2025, finishing a disappointing 10th. Lucas Herbert is in peak form, but unless Captain Cameron Smith rediscovers reliable ball-striking soon, Sentosa's precision demands will make this a tough venue for Ripper to contend. The emotional toll of back-to-back wins (especially on home soil in Adelaide) could leave them vulnerable here.

10. Majesticks Golf Club

The Majesticks were buoyed by the return of their co-captain, Lee Westwood, who put together a top-20 finish in his first start of the season after missing Riyadh and Adelaide with an injury. Although they’ll need some help from Laurie Canter, Ian Poulter and Sam Horsfield, an in-form Westwood is a welcomes site for the Brits.

11. Korean Golf Club

Younghan Song won the 2016 SMBC Singapore Open, outdueling Jordan Spieth in process. Song then left for mandatory military service, eroding the significant momentum he’ed built in his promising career to that point. Byeong Hun An played in the event as well and started the event near the top of the leaderboard after rounds of 67-68 before falling back over the weekend. An has been solid so far on LIV Golf, but Sentosa should be his best course fit yet.

12. HyFlyers GC

The HyFlyers are in desperate need of a spark and will need to rely on the solid ball-striking of Cameron Tringale and Brendan Steele this week as Michael La Sasso continues to develop and get accustomed to life as a professional golfer.

13. Cleeks Golf Club

Richard Bland finding his rhythm in Hong Kong certainly helped Cleeks Golf Club immensely, but Adrian Meronk and their new edition Victor Perez will have to carry more of the load if the Cleeks are to escape the bottom fourth of the team standing.
