RANGEGOATS GC REVIEW
TEAM: Entering the 2025 season, RangeGoats GC traded Thomas Pieters to 4Aces GC, creating an opening to sign Ben Campbell. Campbell’s addition, paired with Matthew Wolff ’s untapped potential and Bubba Watson another year removed from his knee injury, sparked optimism for the RangeGoats. Despite some highlights, including a resurgent season from Watson, their overall results fell short of expectations. The RangeGoats have remained winless since the 2023 season and haven’t produced an individual winner since Harold Varner III’s (now plays for 4Aces GC) win for RangeGoats GC at LIV Golf DC in May of 2023.
PLAYERS (FINAL POINTS RANKING)
Bubba Watson (11): After finishing 53rd in the Individual standings in 2024, Watson had arguably the most impressive turnaround of any LIV Golf player in 2025. The 46-year-old produced four top-10 finishes including a T4 finish in Virginia and a 2nd-place finish in the UK, the best finish of his LIV Golf career. At JCB, Watson produced one of the most electrifying finishes of the season, making with four birdies and two eagles and shooting 8-under in the span of six holes on the back nine. In addition to his fantastic LIV Golf season, Watson, a two-time Masters winner, finished T14 at Augusta National, his best finish in a major championship since The Masters in 2019.

Ben Campbell (36): Campbell was the second-most productive RangeGoat but was unable to parlay his strong season in the International Series into an extremely productive season on LIV Golf. Campbell was the league’s third-best putter (+0.64 per round), but that wasn’t able to offset his ranking of 48th in Strokes Gained: Off the Tee, where a lack of distance proved to be a major hindrance. His putting prowess was on full display when he set the LIV Golf record for consecutive birdies in a round (7). The 34-year-old had a third-place finish in Singapore which did the heavy lifting in his point total for the season, as he failed to register an additional top 14-finish all year.

Peter Uihlein (38): Expectations were high for Uihlein as he entered the season after winning the International Series Qatar in late November. However, his offseason momentum did not carry over to LIV Golf, as he produced only two top-10 finishes. Uihlein’s best finish was a T6 in Hong Kong. The 36-year-old is one of the longest hitters on LIV Golf but has struggled with accuracy off the tee and ranked 49th in Strokes Gained: Off the Tee.
Matthew Wolff (42): Wolff remains one of the most tantalizing talents in all of professional golf. Still just 26 years old, the 2019 Jack Nicklaus Award winner has plenty of time to figure it out, but his lack of success over his past three seasons on LIV Golf has been puzzling. Wolff battled a back injury in 2025 and was limited to 11 starts in 14 events. His best finish was a sixth-place finish in Korea, which was his only top-24 finish. An offseason to get healthy and recharge should do wonders for Wolff’s 2026 prospects.
